Choose a Support Worker!
Simply pick a Support Worker you prefer, check their availability, and specify your requested start and finish time.
Our team will then arrange the booking and confirm the booking by phone within 2 hours (during business hours)!
If this is the first time you have registered on our booking portal, we will send you an Information Collection Form and a Service Agreement which has to be signed before your first booking is confirmed.
How to use our booking portal:
Step 1:
Login to your account and select your preferred Support Worker
Step 2:
Select your booking time and submit your details
Step 3:
Our team will arrange the booking with the Support Worker
Step 4:
Within 2 hours, our team will confirm the booking with you by phone and email
